Our villa is very spacious and provides as many amenities if not more than your own home. Not many hotels offer that kind of service. Since we own the villa and visit at least once a year we can offer you great suggestions for your holiday and ideas of interesting places to visit.
There is so much space in the villa that the children will have TV's in their own bedrooms, a games room to use with full size pool table, air hockey, foosball, Playstation 2, board games, darts, and DVD's. They can also use the pool and surrounding grounds as much as they like.

35 minutes to Orlando International airport
30 minutes to Universal Studios
Less than 10 minutes to shops, restaurants, golf, banks, etc.
Our rates are for the whole villa and not per person which is the way hotels operate. Our villa will comfortably sleep 12 people which is probably the equivalent of at least 4 hotel rooms. The cost saving over hotels is simply amazing.
We
have our own private heated pool and spa instead of a communal pool
which hotels offer. There are no restrictions on the times you can
go swimming and it's even got night lighting.
We don't think that you'll find another villa with the exhaustive list of amenities and extras that we have provided for the same price. Our rates are very competitive and we offer much more than the average villa.
The villa is handy for all the major Orlando attractions, including: Disney's Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.
